WHO IS CCP AND WHAT IS OUR GOAL?

We are a consultant Company founded on 1993 focused to provide construction management services from the planning and design stage, through the construction stage until total completion of the project including turnkey projects, given services to clients in 22 states of Mexico and overseas.

CCP was founded by Alejandro Cabello after working for 9 years as construction vicepresident for Sanken de Mexico, S.A. subsidiary company of Mitsui Construction Co. Ltd. leading construction company in Japan.

The experience gained by our staff on industrial plants, hotels, corporate buildings, housing, restaurants, high rise condos, research institutes, shopping centers, schools, sea shore protection and race tracks gives a glimpse of our capacity to manage diverse type of projects working in Mexico and overseas, with Mexican and foreign clients, in cooperation with Mexican and international consultants including donations projects from government to government.

The key of our success is the ability to detect and focus problems, in order to provide optimal solutions, using the most advance construction methods and giving personal attention to our clients.

Our goal is to protect client's investment by completing successfully all projects on time, budget and with the best quality using the most advanced construction management systems.
